DAY 1 :

Arrive Kigali, meet and greet, and thereafter drive to Rubavu the south province via Ruhengeri / Kinigi Lunch at Muhabura Hotel visit IBY’IWACU village center, this center has more about the culture histories of Rwanda you can see the life of the people of Rwanda, lunch at Muhabura after lunch proceed to Rubavu check in at Kivu Serena Hotel then in the evening meet the fishing man in the lake Kivu Dinner and overnight at your hotel. DAY 2 :

After an early breakfast report to the ORTPN Offices for registration and track briefing. Drive to the Volcanoes National Park for the memorial experiences of tracking the mountain gorillas. Return to the hotel for lunch. Take an excursion trip to the beautiful, twin lakes of Burera and Ruhondo for stunning panoramic views of the countryside and the majestic volcanic mountains. check in at Mille Collines Hotel dinner and overnight stay FB.

DAY 3 :

After breakfast drive to Butare The south province via Nyanza visit ancient royal palace continue to Butare visit the national museums historic and Rwanda National University and meet the local people Lunch at Ibis hotel in Butare, in the afternoon visit Market of Butare then seen the troup Intore the traditional dancers dinner and overnight stay at Ibis hotel FB.

DAY 4 :

After an early breakfast, take a way to Burundi (Bujumbura) meet the local live in village on the way have your Lunch in Cozy Restaurant at your registration and check in at Hotel Club du Lac Tanganyika dinner and overnight at your hotel . FB Transfer to airport or as will otherwise be advised by the client.

DAY 5 :

Arrive Burundi, meet and greet drive to your Hotel check in at Hotel du Club Tanganyika and thereafter take a brief city of Bujumbura capital, Lunch at your hotel relaxation at the beach or swimming pool dinner and overnight at your hotel FB.

DAY 6 :

After breakfast, drive for a city tour of Bujumbura capital, taking in the Natural history museum (Musée Vivant) and visit a big Market of Bujumbura, visit the local people around living in village near town. Lunch in a cozy city restaurant in Bujumbura or at your hotel After lunch drive at Mugere visit the Stone (ROCK) bring on 25/11/1871 by Livingstone Stanley in south of Bujumbura and visit the scenic Tanganyika Lake meet the fishing people, Dinner and overnight at your hotel. DAY 7 :

After an early breakfast, drive to the Kigali via Kayanza and other place meet the local people on the way have lunch in Butare then after lunch continue to Kigali check in at your hotel in Kigali or if the time allow transfer to the border meet and greet our representative in Uganda then drive to the south of Uganda.

DAY 8 :

Meet and greet on your arrival at the border driver to QUEENELIZABETH PARK- FORT PORTAL game drive in Queen Elizabeth National Park en-route to Fort portal. Visit the Amabere caves and the Karambi tombs the burial grounds for the kings of Toro kingdom. Overnight at Mt. of the Moon Hotel

DAY 9 :

On this day of the Uganda cultural safari, you will drive to the Toro King’s palace after breakfast then the Royal tombs and Amabere caves and short natures walk. Retire to the lodge in the evening.

DAY 10 :

KALINZU FOREST - Lake MBURO NATIONAL PARK On this day of the cultural tour, you will drive to Kalinzu forest, then Lake Mburo National Park for the Ankole Culture mainly known for long horned cattle keeping passing. Lake Mburo Harbours several species not easily observed elsewhere in Uganda. Dinner and over night at lodge FB.

Day 11 :

KALINZU FOREST - Lake MBURO NATIONAL PARK On this day of the cultural tour, you will drive to Kalinzu forest, then Lake Mburo National Park for the Game drive at Lake Mburo. Dinner and over night at lodge FB.

DAY 12 :

LAKE MBURO- KAMPALA Uganda cultural safari, Kasubi Tombs the burial grounds for the Kings of Buganda. Learn some the cultures of Buganda and listen to stories told about the Kingdom of Uganda, accommodation in Kampala. Hotel Africana/ Cassia lodge for overnight then in the morning after breakfast transfer to the airport Entebbe for your flight to Addis Ababa but it depends to the time of your flight.

Terms and conditions :

The above prices are subject to change with notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances such as fluctuation in exchange rates, increase in land and airfare costs. Itineraries are subject to alteration if airline schedules are amended or other conditions require it.

Gorilla permit :

The Gorilla permits tracking should be book 2 month before date of visit please we have to pay very early. (Come first served first.) Bookings : Groups and Individual travelers

The name/rooming list is to be handed to the person in charge of the tour, with names of passengers in their preferred order of sharing the rooms. Names are to be as per passports ; with date of birth, passport number, expiry date, and nationality (passports should be valid not less than 6 months from the date of departure for Ethiopian country only the others countries 2 month). A copy of the first page of the each passenger’s passport should be sent to us with the group list.

VISA –you will get it at the Embassy office of all countries you visit but in Ethiopian you will find it on arrival at the Ethiopian airlines immigration office.

Payments :

A guarantee deposit of 50% of the total payment is needed one month prior to the arrival of the group which will directly be made a guarantee deposit for Hotels, Coach Companies, ferry and other ground arrangements. The remaining 50% of the package price should also be settled up on the arrival of the group and commencement of the tour. Please do not hesitate to let us know if we can be of further assistance.
